RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please email notoriousfightwear@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return, if you wish to provide one

We’ll send you return instructions. Please don’t send an item back before contacting us.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the item until it reaches us. Items should be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

Please use the original packaging if possible. You may inspect or try on an item as you would in a shop, but we may make a deduction from your refund if handling beyond that reduces its value.

Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process any refund due to your original payment method. Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

If you cancel your entire order within the applicable cancellation period we’ll also refund the original standard delivery charge, where you paid one. Any extra amount paid for an upgraded delivery service won’t be refunded. For a change-of-mind return, you still pay the cost of sending the item back to us.

 

SIZE EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at notoriousfightwear@gmail.com.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item and any additional delivery costs associated with sending the replacement item.

 

WRONG OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If we have sent you the wrong item, colour, or size by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at notoriousfightwear@gmail.com.

We will arrange an appropriate solution, including providing the correct item where available. We will cover reasonable return costs where the error was ours.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at notoriousfightwear@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll help put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
